There are a few things that set me apart.

• I am a local! I grew up on Vashon Island and know the Puget Sound region well. I have years of experience navigating my clients through our complex and sometimes chaotic housing market, and had the opportunity to work for some of those years in partnership with a very experienced real estate mentor, my mother.

• I have a depth of experience in hospitality in New York City. Not only does this mean I’ll cook a mean meal on move-in day, but it means that I’ll move efficiently, won’t waste your time, and you’ll most often find me with optimism, energy, and a genuine smile on my face.

• If I can’t do it all, I’ll connect you with the right people. I build on years of real estate experience in my family, which has resulted in numerous close relationships with mortgage lenders, engineers, contractors, tax attorneys, and other people who will help you in your home journey.
